Well that settles it! No to substack, yes to Medium for my other writing hustle (the one where I actually have followers).

I've been trying to decide whether to start a paid Substack newsletter but was wary of creating a content hamster wheel for myself... Hamster wheel = YUK!

With this new Medium option I can monetise my professional content and provide HEAPS more value to my follwers because they get access to the rest of Medium as well.

Compared to a substack $8 per month subscription I will get much less revenue per follower but potentially many more followers. And all without the substack scourge of a rain-or-shine, set-in-stone weekly publishing schedule. NO HAMSTER WHEEL!
