Sad thing is that the people who buy such courses love them. One lady I know spent $10K per month for more than a year on entrepreneurial mentorship. She has also done a $20K course as well. Her business doesn't make money.

Why does she love these courses so much? She is buying 'action' and buying confidence.

When you pay for a course you get to sleep soundly at night knowing that you have done something big and bold for yourself; you are taking action to make your dreams come true.

It's so much easier to join a course than it is to actually create a website and launch a product.

Confidence in entrepreneurship should come from helping people with your products or services. But if it's too hard to get your business off the ground, then you can pay for a course 'mentor' to give you confidence. Easy. And for my friend, money well spent.

I don't really blame 'entrepreneurs' for creating products that meet this need (wouldn't do it myself, though!).
