Glad you like it Daniel. To answer your question, I WRITE when I'm inspired, I POST (= send an email) to a schedule.

Consistent posting is important because it helps you build relationships with your subscribers. Your readers won’t get to know you if you don’t show up in a predictable way in their inboxes.

I have posted every single Monday for two years in my paid newsletter and my readers tell me they "look forward to Mondays now".

I'm a bit less consistent with my free 'How to Substack' newsletter but definitely recommend you create a posting schedule for yourself - it will keep your momentum going if you feel accountable to send something every week.
